The leisure room had a cozy TV area and a great spot for reading, made relaxing easy. One small bummer was the lack of a kettle in the room, but we found a lovely coffee shop right around the corner 😊

Fairly clean hotel, and the staff were service-minded and well-trained, location was THE BEST in Pichiotto residence. The breakfast in the morning was healthy and complete with croissants and fresh fruits.

The room was comfy with a balcony and great views of the park and lake. Loved the 24/7 room service for my late nights. Breakfast had a good spread with lots of fresh options. The location was super convenient for exploring nearby parks and the lake. The staff were always friendly and helpful.

Stumbled upon some sweet gourmet salads nearby that blew my mind. The location's a gem for scenic lakeside strolls. The room was clean and comfy.

Access was a bit of a drag with stairs, and the restaurant closed on weekends was a total buzzkill. The breakfast selection could've been more exciting too.
